Help customers move from a homebuilding idea to an informed commitment.
Buying a home that has not been built takes guidance. Customers need to understand their budget, land requirements, home options, project responsibilities, and next steps. We seek sales professionals who can earn trust through clear explanations and reliable execution.
What you will do
• Qualify customer goals, budget, land status, financing progress, and timeline.
• Learn our homes, sales tools, and approved pricing process.
• Explain scope, exclusions, assumptions, and unresolved questions accurately.
• Guide suitable customers toward approved paid planning and contract milestones.
• Record conversations, commitments, and follow-up tasks in the CRM.
• Coordinate with internal teams and communicate who owns each next step.
• Develop market relationships and prospect within your approved territory.
What we look for
Demonstrated consultative sales results; organized follow-up; clear writing and listening; comfort with CRM, email, video calls, and digital documents; and willingness to learn construction-related concepts. Relevant backgrounds include new home sales, real estate, remodeling, kitchen and bath sales, manufactured housing, mortgage origination, and other complex sales.
