A Respected mid size law firm is seeking an Oil and Gas Title Opinion/Transations Attorney to join their fully remote team.

This is an exceptional opportunity for an attorney who can independently draft oil and gas title opinions - particularly in Texas region.

What We Are Looking For:

* 2+ Years of oil and gas transactional experience
* Srong background with title opinions
* Experience with JOAs, PSAs and other E&P transactional documents
* Candidates with Big Law or In House experience are strongly encouraged to apply
* Must have oil and gas experience in Texas
* Can be barred anywhere
