We are seeking a Senior Director of Toxicology to provide scientific and administrative leadership. Responsibilities include allocating and prioritizing resources, consulting on scientific and business issues, budgeting and approval of expenses, communicating and implementing corporate priorities and policies, implementing departmental or divisional strategy, streamlining business practices and service on intra- and inter-departmental committees. Apply today and join the Lilly family!ResponsibilitiesProvide strategy planning and oversight of toxicology research and portfolio support activities of the divisionReview and approve Regulatory submissionsSupervise research and professional staff. The anticipated wage for this position is$163,500 - $239,800Full-time equivalent employees also will be eligible for a company bonus (depending, in part, on company and individual performance).
